White Chocolate Chip Brownies are a delightful twist on traditional brownies, offering a rich, sweet, and creamy flavor. These brownies combine the gooey goodness of white chocolate chips with a dense, fudgy base, making them a perfect treat for dessert or snack time.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (225g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 ½ cups (300g) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup (60g) cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (170g) white chocolate chips
- Optional: 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
Directions:
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk the melted butter and sugar together until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs, one at a time, and beat until fully combined. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Slowly fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, being careful not to overmix.
- Fold in White Chocolate Chips: Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and optional nuts if desired, ensuring they are evenly distributed in the batter.
- Bake: Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it out evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs (not wet batter).
- Cool and Serve: Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before cutting them into squares. Enjoy them warm or at room temperature!
