White Chocolate Chip Brownies are a delightful twist on traditional brownies, offering a rich, sweet, and creamy flavor. These brownies combine the gooey goodness of white chocolate chips with a dense, fudgy base, making them a perfect treat for dessert or snack time.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (225g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 ½ cups (300g) granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup (60g) cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup (170g) white chocolate chips
  • Optional: 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)

Directions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk the melted butter and sugar together until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs, one at a time, and beat until fully combined. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Slowly fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, being careful not to overmix.
  4. Fold in White Chocolate Chips: Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and optional nuts if desired, ensuring they are evenly distributed in the batter.
  5. Bake: Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it out evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs (not wet batter).
  6. Cool and Serve: Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before cutting them into squares. Enjoy them warm or at room temperature!
