Mandarin Orange Pie Recipe

Mandarin Orange Pie is a light, refreshing, and creamy dessert that’s perfect for spring and summer. The sweet and tangy mandarin oranges are combined with a smooth, creamy filling, all nestled in a buttery graham cracker crust. This no-bake pie is easy to make and ideal for family gatherings, potlucks, or just as a sweet treat to enjoy on a warm day!

Ingredients:

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)

For the Filling:

  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups mandarin oranges (drained, divided)
  • 1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping (Cool Whip or homemade)

For Garnish (optional):

  • Additional mandarin orange slices
  • Whipped cream

Directions:

  1. Prepare the crust:
In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and sugar together. Stir in the melted butter until the crumbs are evenly moistened. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Refrigerate the crust while you prepare the filling.
  2. Make the filling:
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add the sweetened condensed milk, orange juice, and vanilla extract. Continue mixing until all ingredients are well combined and the filling is smooth.
  3. Add mandarin oranges:
Gently fold 1 1/2 cups of the drained mandarin oranges into the cream cheese mixture. Be careful not to break the oranges too much.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping:
Gently fold the whipped topping into the mixture until fully incorporated, creating a light and fluffy texture.
  5. Assemble the pie:
Pour the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust, smoothing out the top with a spatula.
  6. Chill the pie:
Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until the filling is fully set. For best results, chill overnight.
  7. Garnish and serve:
Before serving, garnish the top of the pie with the remaining mandarin orange slices. Add a dollop of whipped cream on each slice if desired.
