These Easy S’mores Bars capture the classic campfire flavors of chocolate, marshmallow, and graham cracker in a simple, no-fuss dessert. Perfect for parties, picnics, or just a sweet treat at home, they’re quick to make and incredibly satisfying without the need for a fire!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups mini marshmallows (plus extra for topping)
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips (optional)
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
- Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it. - Make the crust:
In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until the crumbs are evenly moistened. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form the crust. - Layer the toppings:
Evenly sprinkle the semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips over the graham cracker crust. Next, spread the mini marshmallows on top of the chocolate chips. - Add condensed milk:
Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the marshmallows and chocolate layer. Make sure it is spread evenly so all parts of the bars are coated. - Bake:
Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden and the chocolate is melted. If you like a more toasted marshmallow top, broil for the last 1-2 minutes, keeping a close eye on it to avoid burning. - Cool & cut:
Remove from the oven and let the bars cool completely before cutting into squares. For cleaner cuts, you can refrigerate the bars for 30-60 minutes. - Serve & enjoy:
Once cooled, cut into squares and serve. Enjoy the gooey, chocolatey goodness of s’mores in a bar!
