Easy Marshmallow Brownies Recipe

These Easy Marshmallow Brownies are a delicious and gooey treat, perfect for any occasion. Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven:
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. Mix wet ingredients:
    In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined. Add the eggs, one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. Combine dry ingredients:
    In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, folding gently until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
  4. Add chocolate chips:
    Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
  5. Bake the brownies:
    Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs.
  6. Top with marshmallows:
    Remove the brownies from the oven and immediately sprinkle the mini marshmallows on top. Return the brownies to the oven for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until the marshmallows are soft and lightly browned.
  7. Cool and serve:
    Allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting them into squares. For an extra indulgent touch, drizzle with melted chocolate or serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
