Triple Chocolate Chunk Cookies Recipe

Triple Chocolate Chunk Cookies are a dream come true for chocolate lovers! These cookies are loaded with three kinds of chocolate — dark, milk, and white — creating a rich, gooey, and decadent treat. Perfect for any occasion, these cookies offer layers of chocolate in every bite.

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chunks
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chunks
  • 1 cup white chocolate chunks

Directions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Cream Butter and Sugars: In a large bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together using an electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add Eggs and Vanilla: Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract, until fully combined.
  5. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  6. Fold in the Chocolate Chunks: Stir in the dark chocolate chunks, milk chocolate chunks, and white chocolate chunks until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  7. Scoop the Dough: Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are still soft. Be careful not to overbake to maintain a chewy center.
  9. Cool and Serve: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
