Ingredients:
- 1 lb turkey sausage (ground or links, casings removed)
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk (whole, skim, or dairy-free alternative)
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese of your choice)
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cups baby spinach (optional)
- 3 cups frozen hash browns (or diced potatoes)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- Cook the turkey sausage: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey sausage, breaking it up into small crumbles, until browned and fully cooked (about 6-8 minutes). Drain any excess fat and set aside.
