Easy Snickers Cake Recipe

This Easy Snickers Cake is a rich, decadent dessert that brings all the flavors of your favorite candy bar into a delicious homemade treat! With layers of chocolate cake, caramel, peanuts, and Snickers bars, it’s the perfect dessert for any chocolate or candy lover.

Ingredients

  • For the Cake:
    • 1 box of chocolate cake mix (plus ingredients listed on the box: eggs, oil, water)
  • For the Filling:
    • 1 cup caramel sauce
    • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
    • 4 Snickers bars, chopped
    • 1/2 cup crushed salted peanuts
  • For the Topping:
    • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip or similar)
    • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
    • Extra chopped Snickers bars (for garnish)
    • Extra caramel sauce (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Prepare the Cake:
    • Preheat your oven according to the cake mix instructions.
    • Prepare the chocolate cake batter by following the instructions on the cake mix box.
    • Pour the batter into a greased 9×13-inch baking pan.
    • Bake the cake as directed on the box. Once done, let it cool for about 10 minutes.
  2. Add the Filling:
    • While the cake is still warm, poke holes all over the surface of the cake using the handle of a wooden spoon or a fork.
    • Pour the caramel sauce and sweetened condensed milk evenly over the cake, making sure it seeps into the holes.
    • Sprinkle the chopped Snickers bars and crushed peanuts evenly over the top of the cake.
    • Allow the cake to cool completely.
  3. Add the Topping:
    • Once the cake has cooled, spread the whipped topping evenly over the entire surface.
    • Drizzle chocolate syrup and caramel sauce on top for extra flavor.
    • Garnish with more chopped Snickers bars.
  4. Serve:
    • Refrigerate the cake for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld.
    • Slice, serve, and enjoy this indulgent Snickers-inspired cake!
